50% of the total amount is due at time of reservation. Balance Due 30 days before check in. Any reservations not paid in full 30 days before check in will result in termination of reservation without refund.
Cancellation Policy
95% of total fee paid is refundable if cancelled 30 days or more before check in. (5% is paid directly to Lodgify and Stripe Credit Card Service and can not be refunded).
Security deposit
A security deposit of $250 will be required on all stays of 14 days or less. An additional security deposit may be required for longer stays. A pre-authorization of $250 is held on 1 day(s) before arrival and voided on 7 day(s) after departure, less fees for any damage or missing property.
Additional Fees
Pet Fee: $100 for stays of 14 nights or under. Additional fee may apply for longer stays. Additional fees may apply for more than one pet. Choose the Pet Add-On at check out to include a pet. If you wish to include more than one pet - please contact us directly.
Cleaning Fee: $200 for stays of 14 nights or under. Additional fee may apply for longer stays.
8.75% Sales Tax and 5% Oneida County Accommodation Tax will be applied to total.
