Pets must be disclosed at the time of booking.  No unregistered pets are allowed on the premise.  This includes the pets of those visiting the guest during their stay. A $500 fine will be imposed for failure to register pets.

Pet fee: $100.  Additional fee may apply for more than one pet, and for stays over 14 days.  Please contact us directly to register more than one pet.

Please clean up after your pet.  Waste bags are located on the tree by the driveway.

For their own safety, please leash pets when outside the cottage or fenced in patio.

Do not allow wet or muddy pets into the cottage.  Cover furniture that the pets may lay on.  Towels and blankets for your pets use can be located in the basket in the living room.

Do not bathe pets in the tub, shower or sink.

Guests are responsible for any damage caused by any registered or unregistered pet on the premises.

No Smoking or Vaping in the Cottage or Garage.

Smoking is permitted outside. Please use the ashtray located next to the bench in the driveway.

Please be respectful of our neighbors. Quite Time: 10pm - 8am

No events, parties or large gatherings.

Check out is at 10am. Late fees will apply if the guests fail to check out on time.

Guests' usage of the bicycles at the cottage is at their own risk.

No commercial photography.
