Lazy Pines Cottage is perfectly located for everything Sylvan Beach and Central New York have to offer. Situated on the edge of Sylvan Beach, the cottage is ideal for guests that prefer privacy and space to spread out, but yet want to be close to it all.
The cottage is just steps away from a public access to Oneida Lake, where you can enjoy Oneida Lake's famous sunsets without the crowds of Sunset Park! The sidewalk makes it easy to walk or bike the short 1.1 mile to the heart of Sylvan Beach, and enjoy Sylvan Beach's popular restaurants, shops and entertainment.
The cottage is a short drive to Verona Beach State Park, Syracuse, Turning Stone and other local casinos, and other Central New York attractions. There is something to do in Central New York for every season.

Step into a spacious 3 - bedroom, 2-bathroom retreat, thoughtfully designed for a relaxing stay. The open living area is warm and welcoming, with cozy seating an a Roku connected TV ready for your favorite streaming apps. (Please note: the fireplace is decorative only).
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances you will need for homemade meals, from morning coffee to family dinners.
The cottage offers 3 bedrooms: Bedroom #1: King Bed with en-suit bathroom; Bedroom #2: Queen Bed; and Bedroom #3: Two XL Twin Beds (suitable for adults or children). All the bedrooms are equipped with Roku TVs and convenient USB outlet to make charging your devices hassle-free.
Enjoy the large backyard featuring a fenced-in patio area - ideal for grilling, dining and spending time together outdoors. The side yard offers a fire pit with chairs - a perfect place to unwind after a busy day of exploring and fun. Newly installed privacy fencing enhances your privacy. Please note that the privacy fencing does not fully enclose the property, including openings at the rear of the property.
The spacious driveway accommodates your vehicles, boats and other vacation gear. And the garage contains yard games, beach towels, a beach wagon, bicycles (use at your own risk) to enjoy during your vacation.
Don't leave your four-legged friend at home. Lazy Pines welcomes well-behaved pets, so the whole family can enjoy the trip together!
Guests have full access to the entire cottage, backyard and designated garage area. Whether you are brining along bikes, boats, snowmobiles or other vacation gear, there's plenty of room for it all.
